Find failures before your customers or reports do
A pipeline fails, volumes spike, or data starts behaving abnormally, but the problem is discovered only when a report, customer, or downstream system exposes it. We build monitoring around the events that matter so the right people can investigate abnormal behavior sooner.
When it matters
You find out from the next report.
An outage, volume spike, or broken feed remains unnoticed long enough to affect downstream systems or business operations.
Event volumes have outgrown the warehouse.
Workloads that need low-latency responses compete with infrastructure designed for analytical reporting.
Analytics is part of your product.
When a customer-facing portal becomes slow or unreliable, data platform performance becomes a product problem.
What we build
How it runs
Diagnosis, 2 to 4 weeks, fixed price.
We identify which events matter, how quickly they need to be detected, how late they are discovered today, and the measurable impact of that delay.
Measurement pilot, 3 to 6 weeks, fixed price.
We implement one detection or alert on one stream in your cloud, then measure detection delay and review alert usefulness against agreed criteria under real operating conditions.
The project.
We extend the solution to the remaining streams, detection logic, monitoring, and alerting in the agreed scope.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to leave Snowflake for this?
No. A low-latency engine can sit alongside Snowflake when the workload requires it. Snowflake can continue supporting historical analytics and management reporting while another engine handles workloads with different latency and utilization requirements.
What does real time mean here?
It depends on the operating process. Some use cases need data within seconds; others can work with minutes. Before implementation, we agree how quickly new data must become available and how quickly the system must respond to queries or trigger alerts.
Who runs it afterward?
Your team takes over day-to-day operation. As part of the engagement, we agree who owns the data pipelines, platform, and alert response, document the operating procedures, and hand over the knowledge needed to run the solution.
