Move the platform without losing trust in the numbers
The risk in a data platform migration is not simply moving data. It is discovering after cutover that a critical report has changed and nobody can explain why. We migrate selected analytical data, transformations, and reporting workloads in controlled stages. Before cutover, we validate critical reports, historical periods, and data volumes against agreed reconciliation criteria.
When it matters
The platform decision has already been made.
What is missing is confidence that critical numbers and reporting processes will still work after the move.
Integration work exceeds internal capacity.
Your team can operate the target platform, but connecting and migrating source systems is a separate, temporary workload.
A previous migration left unresolved differences.
Numbers stopped matching, reconciliation became manual, and nobody has closed the gap.
What we build
How it runs
Diagnosis, 2 to 4 weeks, fixed price.
We establish the source systems, volumes, integration constraints, critical workloads, and outputs that must remain dependable after migration.
Measurement pilot, 3 to 6 weeks, fixed price.
One process is moved end-to-end, with agreed outputs reconciled between the source and target before a wider migration scope is approved.
The project.
We deliver the remaining agreed migration and integration scope in controlled stages, with reconciliation criteria defined in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you validate that critical numbers still match?
Before migration, we agree on the outputs to reconcile and the criteria they must meet. We then compare those outputs between the source and target environments so differences are visible before cutover.
Do we have to switch off the old system immediately?
No. Where the migration plan requires it, the source and target can run in parallel until the agreed reconciliation criteria are met and the cutover is approved.
How do you handle SAP?
We first confirm how data can be extracted from your SAP environment and which business processes it supports. We then agree which business definitions, relationships, and reporting outputs must be preserved, and validate them in the target platform before cutover.
